Masters Level Trainees.
I use a mentee-centered approach to mentorship. This means that I work with masters students throughout the two-year program to facilitate networking, learning experiences, and personal growth to move them into their next career stage. I have experience in academic, private industry, non-profit, and federal work environments and can provide guidance and connections with graduates in the field.

Doctoral Level Trainees.
Doctoral training is intensive and evolving, from coursework to developing and executing a dissertation. Throughout the years in the program, my role as a mentor is to suggest coursework, facilitate research, and link mentees with others in the field in accordance to their interests. Using a mentee-centered approach means that mentees direct what skills and outcomes they want out of the program. From there we work collaboratively achieve those goals, whether inside or outside of the academy.
